News article: Kid critic takes on Manhattan's top chefs →
Here’s a great article about a young (read: 12 years of age) food critic from New York City who is taking the city’s restaurants to task. Apparently, skeptics have expressed doubt about whether a 12-year-old really has the palate or the experience to offer worthwhile critiques of some of the world’s best chefs.
But David Fishman is proving them wrong.
What do you think? Do you need to have twenty years of food reviewing under your belt before you can start to offer critique? Offer your opinion, beloved readers.
